What I have learned through this journey of undergoing “Life Changes” while learning to eat Healthy is that everything that we “Process” whether Naturally or Spiritually has to go through a process of digestion meaning what you put in has to come out! Liquid Quiver gives us 5days all day to get it right by only intaking healthy liquid substances .

The HEALTHY&WHOLE WAY because that's who we are and this was just actually something given to me Instantly after I was getting alot of private questions in messenger from ladies who desire to be healthy and I then realized that is was more to just about being HEALTHY but there was a few things that needed to take place as well with Our Identity (knowing who we really are). I have been spending almost a almost 3yrs now  re-evaluating silently while recovering My Life and things Concerning it! As I took a look back I realized that I needed to be HEALTHY in order to BIRTH out was GOD has put in me and I needed to be WHOLE as a Woman as well so that I can Function Properly from a Natural point of view(self being)& Spiritual point of view(What GOD has called me to do). HEALTHY and WHOLE works together to Live a BEAUTIFUL LIFE! If we are not HEALTHY and WHOLE what good will we be💋..HEALTH IS WEALTH!!
